ART: Everyone has their own art and when you play with it, the thoughts and feelings that can’t be put into words come out. It opens a door to your deeper consciousness and lets you see it. It is also the first step in making an idea or wish real and tangible.
Yoga helps us to create balance, to let go of blockages in our bodies and our lives, to feel our true nature. It starts with moving around in your body, looking at the way it feels with your inner eye and noticing your breath moving through your body. It effects every part of life as you get used to noticing your movements and breath. You get more control over your thoughts and actions.
The thoughts and energy that once went to worry and stress get devoted it to what you love, first with your movements during practice and then as you move through daily life. The more you practice, the more your life becomes a series of sacred movements
